Turvo Academy: Shipment Execution Course
Synopsis
I conducted a needs analysis with our Onboarding and Customer Success Management teams that determined a Shipment Execution course was necessary to further reduce time spent directly instructing customers. It was important to include an end-to-end demonstration video of the full shipment lifecycle in Turvo that could also be utilized in the Turvo Help Center. After developing a lesson plan, storyboards, and scripts, I created this video, along with interactive simulations, knowledge checks, and scenario-based learning for the course. I also differentiated the course to provide a unique learning experience based on the required level of automation needed from Turvo.
Results
Course eliminated 2 hours of instructor-led training for the Customer Onboarding team, and addressed commonly asked questions of our Customer Success Management team.
End-to-End Demo videos (Basic and Advanced) were added to the Turvo Help Center to continue supporting customers post go-live.
