As Turvo releases new features and improvements to existing shipment workflows, it became necessary for customers to participate in microlearning courses, or "boost learning," that would allow them to implement the new feature quickly and not lose valuable time. I worked with our Product, Onboarding, and Customer Success Teams to determine the skills, features, and workflows that would best fit in a microlearning course

Reduction in support tickets for common user errors related to accounting setup and functionality in Turvo.
Additional accounting videos added to the Turvo Help Center to continue supporting customers post go-live.
